Terms and Conditions
Black Wealth Growth Challenge
Effective Date: January 1, 2025
These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your access to and use of the Black Wealth Growth Challenge ("BWGC," "Course," or "Program") and its digital products provided by Cedric Nash ("Instructor," "we," "our," or "us"). By purchasing or accessing the BWGC, you agree to be bound by the terms below.



1. Membership and Digital Products
The Membership provides access to educational materials including, but not limited to, video content, written resources, documents, tools, and any other content ("Content") made available through the Black Wealth Growth Challenge. All Content is provided solely for your personal, non-commercial use to support your financial education and wealth-building journey.

2. No Financial Advice
Black Wealth Summit, its speakers, contributors, and any related parties do not provide financial advice. All Content available through the Membership is for informational and educational purposes only. You are encouraged to conduct your own due diligence and consult a qualified financial professional before making any financial decisions. Black Wealth Summit makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or applicability of any information provided through the Membership.

3. Payment and Membership Pricing
Annual Membership Fee: The Membership is offered at a one-time annual payment of $350.00 per membership year. There is no monthly subscription option.
Billing: Your annual membership fee of $350.00 will be charged in full at the time of enrollment. There are no installment or payment plan options.
Renewal: Memberships automatically renew on your anniversary date — the same calendar date one (1) year from the date of your original purchase — unless you cancel prior to your renewal date. You will be charged $350.00 at each annual renewal. No reminder notification will be sent prior to your renewal. It is your responsibility to track your renewal date and cancel before it if you do not wish to be charged.
Anniversary-Based Renewal: Your membership renews on your individual anniversary date, which is the date you originally enrolled. For example, if you enrolled on October 5, 2026, your renewal date will be October 5, 2027.
Price Changes: Black Wealth Summit reserves the right to modify membership pricing at any time. Any pricing changes will apply at your next renewal. No advance notice of price changes is guaranteed.

4. Membership Term
Your Membership term begins on the date of purchase and runs for one (1) year from that date, renewing annually on your anniversary date unless cancelled. Black Wealth Summit reserves the right to extend or modify membership terms at its discretion.

5. Cancellation
You may cancel your Membership at any time by contacting us at info@blackwealthsummit.com. Please note the following:

Cancellation takes effect immediately upon confirmation and stops future renewal charges.
Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund of any fees paid for the current membership year. You will retain access to your membership for the remainder of your paid year.
No partial refunds or prorated credits will be issued for unused portions of your membership term.


6. No Refund Policy — Please Read Carefully
All membership fees are non-refundable without exception. By completing your purchase, you expressly acknowledge and agree to the following:

No refunds of any kind will be issued once payment is processed.
No partial refunds will be issued for unused portions of your membership year.
No prorated credits will be applied under any circumstances, including cancellation, dissatisfaction, or failure to use the membership.
Cancellation of your membership stops future renewal charges but does not entitle you to a refund of fees already paid.

Please review all membership details thoroughly before completing your purchase.

7. Content Access Policy — Calendar Year Basis
Access to Content within the Black Wealth Growth Challenge is governed on a calendar year basis, not on the date you joined. By purchasing a membership, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Your membership grants access to content for the current calendar year only (January 1 – December 31), regardless of when during that year you joined.
Content from the prior calendar year is removed every January 1st at the start of the new calendar year.
A member who joins in October receives access to the same current-year content as a member who joined in January of that same year. There is no difference in access based on join date.
Access to prior years' content is not included in any membership tier and is not available for purchase separately at this time.

By completing your membership purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted this Content Access Policy in full.

8. License to Use Content
By purchasing a Membership, you are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the Content for your own personal, non-commercial purposes only. You agree not to:

Copy, reproduce, or duplicate any Content in any form
Share, distribute, or transmit Content to any third party
Modify, adapt, or create derivative works from any Content
Use any Content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from Black Wealth Summit

Violation of this license may result in immediate termination of your Membership without refund.

9. Limitations of Liability
Black Wealth Summit, its affiliates, speakers, contributors, and team members shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Membership or any Content provided therein. By purchasing a Membership, you agree to hold Black Wealth Summit and all associated parties harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your participation in or reliance upon the Membership.

10. Account Security and Access
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. You agree not to share your account access with any other individual. Black Wealth Summit reserves the right to terminate any account found to be sharing access with unauthorized users, without refund. Please notify us immediately at info@blackwealthsummit.com if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

11. Modification of Terms
Black Wealth Summit reserves the right to update, modify, or revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to members and posted with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Membership following any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

12. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the State of Maryland.

ACKNOWLEDGMENT
By purchasing a Black Wealth Growth Challenge Membership, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, including the No Refund Policy and the Calendar Year Content Access Policy.

No Refunds
All purchases, including Course and subscription fees, are non-refundable. By completing a purchase or subscribing, you acknowledge that no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. Please review all Course details thoroughly before purchasing.
