Black Wealth Summit Membership Portal
Effective Date: Jan 1, 2025
These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your access to and use of the Black Wealth Summit Membership Portal and its digital products ("Membership") provided by Black Wealth Summit ("BWS," "we," "our," or "us"). By purchasing or accessing a Membership, you agree to be bound by the terms below.
1. Membership and Digital Products
The Membership provides access to educational materials including video content, written resources, documents, tools, and other content ("Content") through the Black Wealth Summit Membership Portal. All Content is provided for your personal, non-commercial use to support your financial education and wealth-building journey.
2. No Financial Advice
Black Wealth Summit, its speakers, contributors, and related parties do not provide financial advice. All Content is for informational and educational purposes only. We encourage you to conduct your own research and consult a qualified financial professional before making any financial decisions. Black Wealth Summit makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy or completeness of any information provided.
3. Pricing and Billing
Membership is $99.00 per year, billed annually at the time of purchase. Your membership fee will be charged in full at enrollment and upon each annual renewal. Memberships automatically renew one (1) year from the date of purchase unless cancelled before the renewal date. Black Wealth Summit reserves the right to modify pricing at any time. Any changes will apply at your next renewal and you will be notified in advance.
4. Membership Term
Your Membership begins on the date of purchase and remains active for one (1) year. Upon expiration, access to the Membership Portal and all Content will be discontinued unless renewed.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel your Membership at any time by contacting us at info@blackwealthsummit.com If you cancel before the end of your one-year term, you will immediately lose access to the Membership Portal. No partial refunds or prorated credits will be issued for unused time.
6. No Refunds
All membership fees are non-refundable. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. Please review all Membership details before purchasing.
7. License to Use Content
By purchasing a Membership, you are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable license to access and use the Content for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, share, distribute, modify, or use any Content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from Black Wealth Summit. Violations may result in immediate termination of your Membership without refund.
8. Limitation of Liability
Black Wealth Summit, its affiliates, speakers, and team members are not liable for any damages or losses arising from your use of the Membership Portal or reliance on any Content. By purchasing a Membership, you agree to hold Black Wealth Summit harmless from any related claims.
9. Account Security
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. Do not share your account access with others. Black Wealth Summit reserves the right to terminate any account found sharing access without authorization. Please contact us immediately at info@blackwealthsummit.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
10. Changes to These Terms
Black Wealth Summit reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated to members and posted with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Membership after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
11. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Maryland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the State of Maryland.
